Information on Kittitas County to include climate, prices of land, cost of clearing land, irrigation, growing fruits and vegetables, the dairy industry, raising poultry, bee-keeping, live stock, lumbering, gold mining, the Roslyn Coal Field, Cle Elum, Thorp, Easton, Ellensburg, the Northern Pacific train service, etc. Illustrations include primarily farming scenes. 1-page map of Kittias County and valley showing railway stops. At center is a double-page system map of the Northern Pacific lines from St. Paul to Washington state. Creasing at printer to a few pages with little to no impact. Pages lightly soiled with wear to the extremities, rubbing to spine and a 1/2" split to head of spine along with pencil indentations (47.21) to cover. Very good and with much valuable information.
