The author has written many books on Alaska, the Indians there, explorations, diseases of the Eskimo, etc. Here he describes hunting big game in the cold North. Former owner's inked name on the front pastedown sheet, inked gift inscription on the front fly leaf, spine and spine letters are dull, interior is clean and maps are in fine condition, else a very good copy.
