Cloth, pictorial label pasted on, teg, xxv [3], 673 pp. Frontis (port. with tissue), with 350 illustrations from drawings by Charles M. Russell and others, and from photographs, plates (4 colored. with tissue), portraits. From 1877 through 1883 the author traveled extensively throughout the West with her husband, Robert Strahorn who was head of publicity for the Union Pacific Railroad. Her well-written, entertaining narrative relates the many thrilling, and occasionally humorous incidents that occurred in their travels. Profusely illustrated including many drawings by Charles M. Russell. Cloth lightly rubbed, light wear to spine ends and corners, else a very good, tight copy.
