First edition. Pseudonym of Graham Montague Jeffries. Cloth is lightly soiled, tiny chip in the spine channel of the rear cover else very good in lightly soiled and tanned dust jacket with light wear to the spine ends, corners and to the extremities. Due to his unfortunate death, "The Mystery of Edwin Drood," written by Charles Dickens, was never finished. Who killed Edwin Drood remains a mystery though since the time of Dickens' death many a clever ending was been written. In this story, Graeme suggests yet another version to the ending .... but he attempts a solution by imagining the result after investigation by a "modern" Scotland Yard detective. A difficult title and more so with the elusive dust jacket present.
