Publication: Written by Stulz Brothers, 1906, Kansas City
First edition. 8 1/4" x 10 5/8" typed letter on Stulz Brothers stationery to Robert E. Cofer, Attorney, Gainesville, Texas, dated Aug. 30, 1906, and signed as "Stulz Bros." The letter is to then Attorney R. E. Cofer and later Senator Cofer. In an earlier communication between them Cofer has advised Stulz Brothers that a customer in Texas has promised to pay their bill the lawyer feels that the promises don't amount to much. In this regard Stulz responds as follows: "Even though you think that his promises to pay do not amount to very much, we will ask you to keep right on watching him, and maybe sometime you will be able to catch him and can then enforce payment." Faint fold creases and light wear to the edges, else very good.
