Included as part of this booklet is a 17" x 34" sheet entitled, "How Cane Sugar is Refined" and showing a model of one of The National Sugar Refining Company's modern plants, as exhibited at the expo. Explanation of the numbers that appear in the illustration of the plant are found in "The Story of Sugar." Photographs include a birds-eye view of the setting of the Century of Progress expo, photos of 3 separate Jack Frost Sugars plants, and pictures of their various packaging. Rust from removed paper clip at rear wrapper along with light soiling to both wrappers. Inserted sheet showing plant fine. A nicely produced item.
