Eberstadt says "Contains much on Geronimo and Chatto." A section is provided between military officers (Miles, Crook, O.O. Howard, Sheridan) and Washington during the time the Apaches were captured and their relocation to Florida. Light wear to spine ends, fore-edges of front cover are chipped, bottom edge of rear cover has an old water stain, a small chip and one small closed tear. The interior is sound, clean and tight, else a very good copy. Housed in a clamshell case with titles stamped in gilt on the spine. Rare.
